Shorewood Whiskey cocktails

SHOREWOOD OLD FASHIONED

2 oz. Shorewood Whiskey

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup or 1 sugar cube

2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Orange Slice

Cherry

Muddle fruit, bitters, and sugar/syrup in the bottom of a tub glass. Add whiskey and ice.

Top with Sweet, sour, or press.

BACKPACKERS WHISKEY SOUR

1 1/2 oz. Shorewood Whiskey

1 oz. Aquafaba

1 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Maple Syrup

Add aquafaba to shaker with ice & shake for 10 seconds to thicken. Add remaining ingredients and shake to mix. Pour over ice.

SNAP BACK

1 oz. Shorewood Whiskey

1 oz. Ford’s Dry Gin

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

2 Dashes of Bitters

Build in a tub glass over ice.

Top with Ginger Ale.

SHOREWOOD & LEMONADE

1 1/2 oz. Shorewood Whiskey

4 oz. Fresh Lemonade

1 Lemon Slice

Build in a tall glass.

Garnish with a lemon slice.

Shorewood Summer Sipper

1 1/2 oz. Shorewood Whiskey

1 oz. Lemon Juice

1 oz. Triple-Sec

4 oz. Lemon-Lime Soda

Build in a glass over ice.

Garnish with a lemon wedge.
