STAY-CATION**
2 1/2 oz. Riverbank Spiced Rum
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Maple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Mint Garnish
Build in collins glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with Mint.
DAY ON THE LAKES**
1 1/2 oz. Lakeview Vodka
3/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
Top with O’so Hopdinger Beer
California Dreaming**
2 oz. Riverbank Spiced Rum
2 oz. Tropicana Tropical Fruit
Coke Zero Black Cherry
2-3 Cherries
Add Northern Oasis Spirits Riverbank Spiced Rum and Tropicana Tropical Fruit Blend to cocktail shaker. Shake and dump into serving glass with Coke Zero Black Cherry. Garnish with a cocktail Umbrella picked with cherries.
QUACKER’S DELIGHT**
1 1/2 oz. Lone Duck Cinnamon Whiskey
2 oz. Huberts Blackberry Lemonade
Top with Seltzer
3-4 Blackberries
Muddle blackberries in a tub glass. Add ice and remaining ingredients.
Garnish with Blackberries.
Red Hot Honey
1 oz. Lone Duck Cinnamon Whiskey
1 oz. Jack Daniel's Honey Whiskey
3 Lemon Wedges, squeezed
Top with Ginger Beer
No JD Honey Whiskey?
No problem, you can easily make your very own Shorewood Honey Whiskey:
1 1/2 cups Shorewood Whiskey
2/3 cup Honey
1/2 cup Water
Simmer honey and water in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until the honey is dissolved. Cool the mixture and combine with Shorewood Whiskey in a mason jar. Shake to mix & refrigerate overnight for the best taste!
* Make it a Mocktail - Simply bump the Basil Shrub to 1 1/2 oz. and omit the Lakeview Vodka. It’s a refreshing drink everyone can enjoy!
Local Refresher**
1 1/2 oz. Lakeview Vodka*
3/4 oz. Siren Shrub Co. Basil Shrub
2 Strawberries
Top with Seltzer
Muddle strawberry at the bottom of a Collins glass. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Garnish with a Strawberry.

Local Seasonal Cocktails
The Golden Duck
1 1/2 oz. Lone Duck Cinnamon Whiskey
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Honey Syrup*
Seltzer
Combine ingredients in a shaker and ice. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with seltzer and garnish with a lemon peel.
*Honey Syrup: Mix equal parts honey and hot water, to allow honey to dissolve fully. Allow to cool before using in cocktails. Keep refrigerated.
LAKEVIEW MULE
1 1/2 oz. Lakeview Vodka
4 oz. Ginger Beer
1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime
Build in a copper mug over ice.
Garnish with a lime.
Wisco-Summer
(Zero-Proof Cocktail*)
1 oz. Rhubarb Siren Shrub
3/4 oz. Tapped Hibiscus-Infused Maple Syrup
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Green Tea
Strawberry Seltzer
1 Strawberry
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with strawberry seltzer and garnish with fresh strawberries.
*Add 1 oz. Lakeview Vodka if imbibing.
LAKE-Side View
2 oz. Lakeview Vodka
3/4 oz. Blueberry Syrup*
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash Orange Bitters
6-8 Mint Leaves
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with mint leaves.
*Blueberry Syrup: Combine equal parts sugar, frozen or fresh blueberries, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. Let cool, strain, and enjoy!
Riverbank Blush
1 1/2 oz. Riverbank Spiced Rum
2 1/2 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice
Splash of Cranberry Juice
Build in a Tub glass over ice. Garnish with a cherry.
Pineapple Old Fashioned
2 oz. Riverbank Spiced Rum
1/4 oz. Tapped Maple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Bittercube Jamaican #2 (optional)
2 Pineapple Chunks
1 Cherry
Seltzer*
Muddle 1 pineapple chunk, bitters, cherry, and maple syrup until combined into a paste. Add Riverbank Spiced Rum and stir with ice. Strain into a new glass over fresh ice if perferred. Top with seltzer and garnish with a pineapple chunk and a cherry.
*Pro-Tip: Top with Pineapple flavored Seltzer for an extra kick!
Shorewood & Lemonade
1 1/2 oz. Shorewood Whiskey
4 oz. Fresh Lemonade
1 Lemon Slice
Build in a Tall glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
Shorewood Summer Sipper
1 1/2 oz. Shorewood Whiskey
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Triple-Sec
4 oz. Lemon-Lime Soda
Build in a glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Oasis Tea
1/2 oz. Lakeview Vodka
1/2 oz. Riverbank Spiced Rum
1/2 oz. Lone Duck Cinnamon Whiskey
1/2 oz. Triple-Sec
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Top with Coca-Cola.
Canvasback
1 oz. Apple Infused Lakeview Vodka*
1 oz. Lone Duck Cinnamon Whiskey
1/2 oz. Triple-Sec
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
**Chop 1 apple and add to 1 qt. mason jar. Fill jar with Lakeview Vodka and let sit in a cool place for 5-7 days, shaking daily. Strain out apple and store infusion in refrigerator.
Gold Rush
2 oz. Shorewood Whiskey
1 oz. Honey Syrup
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Shake vigorously with ice and
strain over 1 large cube.
Honey syrup is 1 part honey
dissolved in 1 part water.
