SHOREWOOD OLD FASHIONED

2  oz. Shorewood Whiskey

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup or 1 sugar cube

2 dash of Angostura Bitters

Orange Slice

Cherry

Muddle fruit, bitters, and sugar in the bottom of a tub glass.

Add whiskey and ice.

Top with Sweet, sour, or press.

RIVER ALE

1 1/2 oz. Riverbank Spiced Rum

1/2 oz. Triple Sec

1 dash of Angostura Bitters

Top w/ Ginger Ale

Build in a tub glass over ice.

Garnish with lime.

OLD FASHION DUCK

2 oz. Lone Duck Cinnamon Whiskey

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup or 1 sugar cube

2 dashes of bitters

Orange slice

Cherry

Muddle fruit, bitters and sugar in the bottom of a tub glass.

Add rum and ice.

Top with sweet, sour or press.
