Northern Oasis Spirits launched just over one year ago, and today, we are excited to announce our newest product: Shorewood Whiskey!

From test tube in a lab to bottle on a shelf, this has been a long and exciting adventure; who knew that a little bit of this and a little less of that could make SUCH a difference?!

But after trying out dozens of recipes and tasting hundreds of unique blends, we finally created the perfect whiskey…

And, like all other spirits from Norther Oasis, Shorewood Whiskey is hand-crafted right here in Wisconsin!

    So what is a Grain Neutral Spirit (GNS)? GNS is a colorless, odorless spirit that’s 190 proof or 95% Alcohol By Volume, that is used by lots of household named brand liquor companies to cut the cost on their spirits. Essentially, it’s low-quality alcohol that can be added to more reputable brands to keep their costs down.
