Whiskey is a classic spirit with a storied history, so we certainly knew that the Schierl Brothers Northern Oasis Spirits lineup wouldn’t be complete without a classic of our own. 

Shorewood Whiskey is smooth, soft, and intended to be an every day whiskey. This means it’s perfect for any occasion! From whiskey aficionados to casual sippers, we think our Shorewood Whiskey is a great all around spirit. 

Made with local rye, wheat, and corn, Shorewood Whiskey is 100% whiskey and 0% grain neutral spirits (GNS)—which is a 190-proof spirit added to other liquor brands to help reduce costs. 

Many other similar whiskeys have GNS added to them. There’s nothing wrong with that, but GNS have no flavor or character. It’s just alcohol. We want our spirits to embody the rich character of our home state, so of course we make sure Shorewood is all whiskey, all the time! Our hand-crafted spirits are distilled locally with local ingredients and always made with quality in mind.
